My Process

Sometimes described as The Computer Doctor - the process can feel a bit medical.

  • The 1st step is to listen really clearly to the problems and help you find the right language to describe what is going on.

  • Depending on the issues presented I can provide an initial diagnosis and a likely course of action.

  • I can usually provide options for treatment at this stage to suit different budgets.

  • With your input we can agree a course of action and get you booked in. This will include an outline budget and timescale.

  • Sometimes it’s a quick fix; other times I might need more time to resolve the issues.

  • Once the issue is resolved, I will invoice for the job and you leave a satisfied customer.
